Rehab, Reuse, Restore
NDC provides Technical Assistance, and in some cases equity to projects using Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits (RTCs). NDC can guide owners and developers through the National Park Service (NPS) requirements, and assist with other RTC matters including meeting the substantial rehabilitation test and determining qualified rehabilitation expenditures. We have experience using individual state historic preservation programs by themselves or in conjunction with the Federal RTC. NDC also builds capacity by training community development professionals and certifying historic programs in partnership with 7290 Foundation and National Trust for Historic Preservation.
