NDC Corporate Equity Fund XI and Grantham Group of Boston to Celebrate the Grand Opening of 83- Unit Assisted Living Development
Northampton, Ma– NDC Corporate Equity Fund will join project partners and investors on February 24, 2016 to celebrate the Grand Opening of Northampton’s newest assisted living facility.
The $13.4 million project created 83 assisted living units, including 43 units set aside for low to very low income individuals. Seventeen of the units are designated for individuals with incomes below 30% of Area Median Income (AMI) and twenty-six for residents with incomes below 60% of AMI.
Christopher Heights Assisted Living Residence is the newest member of Village Hill, a 126 acre master planned mixed use community located in beautiful Northampton, Massachusetts. The site formally housed a state hospital and is part of an extensive redevelopment effort under the direction of Massachusetts Development Finance Authority (MassDevelopment).
