NDC congratulates its own Michelle Mooney on her recent appointment as the Alliance Public Sector Co-Chair for New York State, an official volunteer post within the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). ICSC’s Alliance Program has proven to be an excellent vehicle to acquaint members of the public/nonprofit sector with decision-makers in the real estate industry and help them identify common goals. Michelle’s collaboration on local retail concerns with ICSC stretches back to her tenure with the City of Cleveland in community and economic development.
Michelle joined NDC in 2007. She is currently a Director and the New Markets Tax Credit Underwriter for NDC’s East Team. In Michelle’s role as a Director, she delivers a multi-disciplined set of housing and economic development services, including technical assistance, training and financial services, to public and private sector clients in the eastern United States.
