NDC Corporate Equity Fund is pleased to announce the closing of Tenny Creek Supportive Living. The project will consist of the new construction of 40 affordable housing units for individuals utilizing Medicaid reimbursement, with support from the HUD public housing and Move to Work subsidy programs.
Lillis Lofts will be the new construction of forty‐three (43) housing rental units in Urbandale, Iowa. Thirty‐eight (38) units will be affordable to families earning 30%, 40%, and 60% of the AMI, there will also be five (5) market-rate units.
