Tenny Creek CEF

NDC Corporate Equity Fund is pleased to announce the closing of Tenny Creek Supportive Living. The project will consist of the new construction of 40 affordable housing units for individuals utilizing Medicaid reimbursement, with support from the HUD public housing and Move to Work subsidy programs. The project will be a single three-story building located in Vancouver, Clark County, Washington. The building will not only include the 40 housing units but also common area spaces such as a computer center, craft room, library, and also the property management and supportive services offices. Tenny Creek will allow residents to live independently while at the same time receive assistance with meals, personal hygiene, medication, cleaning, and laundry. The project is also benefiting from low-cost funds provided by the Washington Dept of Commerce Housing Trust Fund as well as the Clark County Department of Mental Health. The project contractor is Walsh Construction and it is slated to be completed in April 2022.
