August 1, 2017- NDC Corporate Equity Fund XIII announced a LIHTC closing for the $17.7 million renovation and expansion of an existing affordable elderly housing development in Glastonbury, CT. Center Village was completed in partnership with The Housing Authority of the Town of Glastonbury.

The redevelopment will result in 72 units, all one-bedroom, located across seven buildings. The renovation plan will include demolition of 16 current units and the community room building (total of four buildings), rehab of the remaining 34 units across six buildings and the new construction of 38 units located in one building. This overall plan improves the project curb appeal, unit amenities, parking and traffic flow on the 3.7 acre site. Center Village will continue to serve seniors at 62+ and units will range from 25% – 60% AMI.
