Christopher Heights Belchertown is a newly construction 83-unit assisted living rental project located in Belchertown, MA. The project is located on land that formally housed the Belchertown State School for the Feeble-Minded. At the time of construction, MassDevelopment began a multi-phased redevelopment of the school site. Christopher Heights Belchertown was the anchor of the master plan.
Forty-three units operate under the programmatic guidelines of the LIHTC program. Approximately 40% of the units are rented to extremely low-income tenants whose income does not exceed 30% AMI.
