During this webinar, we will be previewing the Appropriations process. President Trump announced that he wants an $46 B increase in defense spending and that the cuts will come from non-defense discretionary spending. The Budget Control Act of 2011 promised that increases or reductions in spending would be equally shared between defense and non-defense spending – this proposal is a dramatic departure.
