We’d like to Congratulate District Supervisor John J. Benoit, The City of Indio, and the County of Riverside on the completion of the Riverside County Law Building. Congratulations also go out to our development team Trammell Crow Company, Langdon Wilson International, and Millie and Severson on an amazing project that has produced a genuinely amazing LEED Platinum (pending certification) building that came in $2 million under budget and four months ahead of schedule!
We financed the project using the American Model approach to public-private partnerships, a model that combines tax-exempt debt with private sector expertise to provide significant cost savings on the project.
