National Development Council is assisting the Madison County Housing Authority with a HUD mixed finance project in Edwardsville, IL. NDC is acting as part of the development team and is assisting with all aspects of the project including underwriting, securing financing, managing construction, and leasing.
The project known as the May Apartments includes the rehabilitation of 46 units and construction of 24 new units on the same site for senior and disabled residents. The contractor broke ground on the project on September 19th.
