On October 25th NDC’s Michelle Morlan attended the grand opening event for Navos Mental Health Solutions, the project used creative financing through the New Markets Tax Credit program to complete the construction of a 45,000-square-foot, three-story mental health center and wellness center. The facility provides a wide range of integrated primary care and mental health services for low income people in Highline and south King County. Those services include counseling, crisis intervention, educational programs and employment services.
With the mission to improve the quality of life of people vulnerable to mental illness by providing a broad continuum of care, Navos Mental Health Solutions ensures that all of Burien Community has access to quality health care.
