The National Housing & Rehabilitation Association (NH&RA) has announced that Eastside Revitalization II (Covington, Kentucky), a project of NDC’s Corporate Equity Fund (CEF), has been selected as a finalist for the2010 J. Timothy Anderson Awards for Excellence in Historic Rehabilitation, also known as the “Timmy Awards.” Eastside was nominated in the category, “Best Historic Rehabilitation Utilizing Low-Income Housing Tax Credits.”
Eastside Revitalization II’s Developers were Model Development (Cincinnati, OH) and Neighborhood Investment Partners, Inc.(Covington, KY). City Studios Architecture, LLC, Cincinnati, OH, were the architects.
This year’s “Timmy Awards” will be presented at an awards luncheon and ceremony on October 19 in Boston, Massachusetts in conjunction with the association’s annual Fall Developers Forum.
